The first step in becoming a patient at NTX Hormone Health is to schedule a free consultation with one of our licensed medical providers. This initial visit is essential for building a patient-provider relationship based on trust and safety, which is critical for successful treatment outcomes.

Following your consultation, you’ll receive instructions on how to obtain lab work (if indicated). For hormone replacement therapy, labs are vital to assess candidacy prior to initiating treatment.

Once your lab results are available, a follow-up appointment will be scheduled with your provider. During this visit, your provider will review your results in detail, discuss treatment options, create a personalized plan tailored to your goals, and address any questions or concerns.

If you’ve already completed all required labs within the past six months, you may not need to repeat them. During your free consultation, you’ll have the opportunity to review your recent lab results with a licensed medical provider, who will determine whether they are sufficient to proceed and if you’re an appropriate candidate for treatment.

If you are currently undergoing testosterone replacement therapy, your first step is to schedule a free consultation with one of our licensed medical providers. During this visit, you’ll have the opportunity to discuss your existing treatment plan, recent lab results, and overall experience.

Your provider will assess your progress, evaluate your current regimen, and determine whether any adjustments are needed to optimize your care. Based on this discussion, you will then be guided on how to proceed with purchasing your treatment through NTX Hormone Health.

NTX Hormone Health does not accept insurance; all services are cash pay. However, we can provide detailed documentation upon request that may be submitted for reimbursement through your Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA).

At NTX Hormone Health, we believe in providing individualized care. Our medical providers consider more than just lab results when determining candidacy for treatment. However, if you do not qualify for hormone replacement therapy, you may still qualify for alternative treatment options.

NTX Hormone Health is a telemedicine-based clinic licensed to provide Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT) to patients within California, Illinois and Texas. All medical services, including consultations and prescriptions, are delivered in compliance with state laws and licensure regulations. 

NTX Hormone Health offers alternative treatments not classified as controlled substances by the DEA in most states.
