Refund Policy

At NTX Hormone Health, we are committed to delivering high-quality care through laboratory testing, medical consultation, and prescription treatments tailored to each individual’s health needs. Due to the nature of our services and the resources invested in each patient’s care plan, we have established the following refund policy:

1. Non-Refundable Services

Once any of the following services have been rendered, payments are non-refundable:

Laboratory Testing: Once a laboratory order is submitted and/or sample collection has occurred, associated fees are non-refundable, regardless of test outcome.
Medical Consultation: Once a patient has completed a one-on-one consultation with one of our licensed healthcare providers, the consultation fee is non-refundable.
Prescription Treatment: After a prescription has been approved and submitted to a pharmacy or compounding facility on the patient’s behalf, payment for the service and medication processing is non-refundable, even if the patient chooses not to fill or use the prescription.

2. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Patients may reschedule appointments with at least 24-hour notice without penalty.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

3. Service Eligibility

Refunds will not be provided in cases of:

Patient dissatisfaction with treatment outcome (as results may vary).
Failure to complete laboratory testing or consultation within a reasonable time after payment.
Inability or unwillingness to obtain prescribed medications after submission to a pharmacy.

4. Exceptions

In rare circumstances, management may review refund requests prior to service completion on a case-by-case basis. Approved refunds may be subject to administrative fees.
